Dr Henrik Ballebye Okholm helps clients to get the best out of regulation in competition cases, disputes, auctions and the delivery sector. He helps clients create sound regulation that improves their framework conditions, by helping them argue and document their case, and by developing strategies – all based on applied microeconomics.
Henrik heads our Competition and Dispute Support services and has extensive experience working on the largest competition and dispute cases in the Nordic region. Furthermore, he has worked on some of the largest spectrum auctions in Europe and with many of the leading postal operators and authorities in the world.
He has, among others, helped a major European postal operator with a study about regulation in declining markets and the Danish Bar and Law Society and Association of Danish Law Firms with an assessment of competition and productivity in the Danish legal profession in response to regulative scrutiny.
Henrik is appointed Expert Assessor at The Danish Maritime and Commercial Court and appears in Global Competition Review’s Who is Who of Competition Economists.
