Malte Lisberg Buhr

Senior Economist

Malte Lisberg Buhr helps policy makers design economic and structural reforms, assess efficiency potential, and analyse the competitive situation in different industries.

He has great experience working with economic regulation of the energy and financial sector. He is experienced in conducting both qualitative and quantitative analyses of effects in order to assess and design new and more efficient economic regulation.

Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, Malte worked at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and the Ministry of Business and Growth. He has also taught classes in both micro- and macroeconomics at Copenhagen Business School.
