Can you drive business strategy, apply TP methodology at the highest level and work globally with some of the world’s biggest companies?
We are currently looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing and Valuation consultant with excellent economic and project management skills.
Who are we?
Copenhagen Economics is one of the leading economics firms in Europe. Founded in 2000, we currently employ more than 90 staff operating from our offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Brussels. The Global Competition Review (GCR) lists Copenhagen Economics among the Top-20 economic consultancies in the world, an honour we have held since 2006.
We are renowned for providing our international clients with impactful advice. In our IP Valuation, Transfer Pricing & Tax team this includes applying state-of-the-art economic models for valuations of intellectual property, intangible assets, services, and functions, such as the determination of license fees for intangibles and services, analyses of portfolio valuations for settlements, design and documentation of transfer pricing systems, post-merger integration, business restructurings, and the transfer of functions.
What do we offer you?
Working at Copenhagen Economics means collaborating with the best and brightest economists in Europe. We offer you the opportunity to further develop your leadership and management skills through exposure to Transfer Pricing and Valuation cases throughout the world.
You will be based at one of our four offices and will be travelling frequently to meet with clients around the globe (when conditions once again allow).
Your experience and competencies
You are driven, business orientated and can simultaneously contribute to a variety of projects while managing a diverse array of stakeholders. We also expect you to have:
As part of our team, you will facilitate our clients worldwide in making better strategic decisions and help them to defend their case against tax authorities and other public bodies. Your input will be instrumental in shaping a client’s decision on which markets to invest in and how to mirror the company’s strategy in the value chain. You will assist in designing worldwide TP systems and help determine intercompany prices for intangibles, services, goods and financial transactions.
Managing critical client assignments is a key part of your role, and it is essential that you thrive under pressure and can motivate a team. As part of your tasks, you will contribute to increased customer competitiveness. Therefore, it is important that you are highly motivated, energetic and a real team player. You will oversee qualitative and quantitative economic analyses alongside the production and development of deliverables, so excellent attention to detail is a must. It is important that you always keep the big picture in mind to provide clients with accurate and actionable advice. You should enjoy working in a delivery-oriented environment where you can adopt an analytical and strategic approach to meet client requirements, quickly and efficiently.
