Carl von Utfall Danielsson helps policy-makers design better policies to ensure that political goals, particularly in the area of Energy & Climate, are met cost-efficiently. He also helps public and private sector clients understand how future proposals might affect them and society.
Carl has great experience in analysing the many aspects of the energy and climate sector, from power-generation and behaviour determining household energy consumption, to the economics of climate change, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
He especially excels at making evaluations and cost-benefit analysis of policies, particularly within the energy and climate areas.
Carl’s breadth of experience and expertise has for example helped EuroACE with their Renovate Europe campaign, where he analysed the economic benefits of investing in energy efficient building renovations.
