Stine Gissel Goldbach Management Assistant   [Impact assessment, programme evaluation, microeconomics] Stine Gissel Goldbach has a Master’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Aarhus, and she also holds a PhD in decision aid methods from the Technical University of Denmark. She is an experienced user of economic evaluation methods, and previous fields of application include network services and health economics.
