Simen Karlsen Managing Economist   Simen is a specialist in industrial organisation and antitrust economics. He has extensive ex-perience in the field of electronic communications and has advised the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority. Simen previously worked for the Norwegian Competition Authority and the Competition section of the EFTA Surveillance Authority.
