The Danish High Court finds abuse of dominance and predatory pricing in the Danish market for distribution of unaddressed mail.

In the judgment (made on 20 May 2009), Post Danmark was found to have abused its dominant position towards competitor Forbruger-Kontakt by offering three of Forbruger-Kontakt's former customers (supermarket chains COOP, SuperBest and Spar) particularly low prices.

Forbruger-Kontakt was awarded DKK75m in damages.

Post Danmark has appealed the decision.

Copenhagen Economics assisted Forbruger-Kontakt in the case.
