The Stockholm District Court has rejected an application by Sweden's Competition Authority (SCA) to block a merger between the global lock system manufacturer Assa Abloy and Copiax, a local whole seller for the sale of such products to locksmiths.  The SCA will not appeal. Copenhagen Economics assisted Assa Abloy.
