He provides consulting services to public clients and organisations in Denmark, to the EU Commission and to foreign governments. He specialises in matters of regulatory policy and public policy making use of impact assessments and programme evaluation, and has analysed market structures and economic factors impacting firm behaviour and competitive outcomes.
