We have two external members in our Board of Directors. These are:

Bjarne Nielsen (Chairman, External Board Member)

Since 1975 Bjarne's profession has been in management consulting. In many years he was partner and director in PA Consulting Group Ltd., and in 2002 he started his own business as a non-executive director and management adviser. Bjarne’s core professional competencies are strategy, corporate governance, value creation and running of consulting companies.

Frank Knau (External Board Member)

Frank’s working experience has included various positions in IBM, Reemtsma Cigarettes, GTP/Gemini Consulting and in Egmont Group. Since 2005, Frank has been member of Egmont Group Management where he has been managing Egmont´s International activities in 20 countries outside Scandinavia.
